How's about a Dr. Seuss theme, with big rounded wheel flares. Red Fish and Blue Fish on the roof. Brian dressed as Cat in the Hat, Kevin and Eric dressed as Thing 1 and Thing 2. Maybe Chris could get us technical advise from his Universal buddies, or let us borrow props?
Burberry theme. Plaid car, buy a set of knock-off burberry luggage to strap in the trunk. Jared and Kevin wear Burberry plaid sunglasses and carry plaid purses. 
Make car resemble Nicolas-Joseph Cugnot 1672 steam car. Possibly get extra credit points for recreating Cugnot's first ever automobile accident where the vehicle goes out of control and crashes through a brick wall.
